Hands-On Training
- Technicians will service the physical appliance to ensure they understand all procedures before going out into the field.
- We provide all training products and material.
- Modules include basic dishwasher, refrigeration, over-the-range microwave, range, laundry (washer, dryers and thin twins) and electricity.
- Private training classes are available in English and Spanish. Please contact your Marcone Supply Representative for more details.
Webinars
- You and your team can access training on-line at your convenience.
- We provide step-by-step appliance service instructions and demonstrations by one of our full-time trainers.
- There is no limit on the number of technicians who can participate in the class.
Classroom Certification
- Marcone offers the Major Appliance Technician Training & Certification (MATTC) program, including:
Electrical Fundamentals, Refrigeration Fundamentals, Refrigerators
and Freezers, Cooking Equipment, Laundry and Kitchen Equipment and Soft Skills.
